It has a completely independent position but can also be rented together with the main villa "Sunbathing" just 100 meters far.

The view looks onto the surrounding countryside and the city of Montelupo, famous for its ceramics. An ideal location for those who wish for a holiday full of art, nature, and relaxation. The guests have at their disposal a private salt water pool with hydromassageopen from half of May to the end of September. The outdoor patio offers great views and is ideal for al-fresco dining.

The property has been tastefully and elegantly furnished, maintaining its original Tuscan style, with oak-beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring.

Ideal for a family or a group of friends for short-term rentals. Recommended for people who want to relax but at the same time visit the main nearby cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, etc...

The position of the villa, in the center of Florentine Chianti, allows you to reach the most suggestive medieval hamlets of Tuscany in one hour or less.

The wonderful infinity pool with Jacuzzi (10,5x7,5 mt.), furnished with sun beds, reclining armchairs, table and chairs is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the rolling wooded hills beyond. The pool contains salt water which is healthier and brings the following benefits: elimination of chlorine odor, beneficial action on the skin and reduction of chemicals. The pool is open from May to September. Upon request, it is possible to anticipate or postpone the pool opening period, paying an extra €250/week in cash upon check-in.

The holiday villa is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor we find the welcoming dining room with a bright, multicolored and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with cabin shower showers.
Upstairs there is an open-plan mezzanine with fireplace and a large living room, with two sofas (one is a sofa bed for two people - 160cm wide).

The ancient property has been renovated with traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors.
The original architectures have been preserved within an elegant design, where Montelupo ceramics and typical ornaments that characterize the Tuscan style are mixed.

It can accommodate 6 people, but for larger groups it is also possible to rent the adjacent holiday villa Sunbathing (just 100 meters away) for a total of 17 beds and the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi.

The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Bed linen (weekly changed), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax, Towels (additional set).
