Very accommodating staff. Wished we could have watched the Yankees-Red Sox post-season game, but TVs allowed for 'Streaming' only. Also, would it hurt to have a box of tissues available in the room?

Great clean hotel with excellent location in MTK! Newly renovated. Great facilities with gym, sauna, cold plunge, pool. Right across the street from the beach with chairs and towels ready to go. Bikes also available to take. Slightly small rooms, wish we got one on the second floor with a balcony (our first floor room was fairly dark since we felt the need to keep drapes closed at all times). Would highly recommend!

Brand new hotel in Montauk, close to the beach

It’s a brand new hotel with a great location - the beach entrance is just across the street. The hotel has beach service providing umbrellas, chairs and towels. We stayed in a room at the first floor. The room was nicely decorated and shiny clean. However the room had no place to sit or relax other than the bed. Also it would be nice to have a small fridge to keep drinks cold and may be for a some basic breakfast. It felt pretty nice to experience a brand new hotel in Montauk, which is a rare experience here.

I received a different room. My original booking said "Suite, 2 Queen beds, Kitchen" The pictures showed 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a SEPERATE room with a FULL kitchen and Livingroom. What I received was just one room with 2 queens and a kitchenette. About 1/2 the space I reserved. The guy working the front desk explained that they made a mistake and later corrected the description and pictures on Expedia. They knew there was an error but still did not give me the room I actually booked even though it was available. If you advertise one thing and you make a mistake the right thing to do is honor it especially when the room was available. There was no recourse at all. They didn't attempt to fix this is any way. Just said sorry. Oops. Hope you enjoy your stay. This is a new hotel and if this is how you plan to run it then I suggest everyone be careful when booking. You never know what your going to get.

The coffee maker was great, but they had no cream or sugar in the room or downstairs at the front desk/lobby. A mini-refrigerator in the rooms would be a great addition as well. Otherwise it was a great stay and the staff was incredible!

Great location but the pictures don’t line depicted a different layout for the 2 double queen bunkbeds. There was no where to sit, they had to bring a chair, the mini fridge was missing and the drive was full of stones with no path to walk and difficult to bring you luggage to the room.
