Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming rural house in Montánchez, Cáceres, where tranquillity and outdoor living take centre stage. The private terrace with a pool creates the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy the slower pace of the surrounding area, making this home a great choice for a quiet getaway.

The house accommodates up to six guests and features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has two single beds placed together, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. One bathroom is located on the ground floor, and the second one is upstairs, where the bedrooms are located.

One of the highlights of the property is its private terrace, where guests can enjoy a small pool and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for spending time outdoors. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and TV, making it suitable for a comfortable stay throughout the year. There is also an outdoor parking space available for one car.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Two towels per guest
Cleaning kit

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (2 guests)
Living room: Sofa bed (2 guests)

- The house has a private terrace with a small pool and a charcoal barbecue.

- One full bathroom is located on the ground floor, and the second one is on the upper floor.

- The property includes one outdoor parking space.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
