Our stay at Microtel was quite enjoyable, but there was room for improvement. What we liked : There were luggage carriers provided, which made it easy to carry our suitcases. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a view of greenery out the window as well. The elevators were fast, which was convenient with luggage. What we didn't like : Although the staff was kind, they barely spoke English and it was tricky to communicate. The breakfast was a disappointment, and many items were stale. There was an indoor/outdoor pool, but there were no change rooms, no lockers, and a singular shower out in the open. Overall, Microtel was a good experience, and we will probably come again.

Didnt like the fact that the suite has connecting doors, not locked. I couldnt open the connecting door from my side but anyone with a key could. There should be an option to lock the door from inside each suite. I put the desk chair under the handle as a security measure. Also, huge bathroom and although there is ample space, no shelving for personal products, only very small counter around sink.
