The place was clean and fresh, and it was well-appointed with everything we wanted and need for our 2-night stay. We were provided use of the garage for our car which was a plus. The host was very pleasant and accomodating. We would stay there again if we go to Monroe in the future.

Great stay

This place was phenomenal. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Instructions were given well in advance and clear. We booked this place as our wedding was right down the road and it was perfect. We had 6 adults with us and this place was perfect for our group. Definitely recommend if looking for a place to stay in Monroe.

The unit was great. Clean and welcoming. The neighbor started his motorcycle at 5am on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. I would have liked a spray cleaner or wipes to wipe down the stove, counter, etc. Small complaints for an otherwise lovely stay.

Beautiful Apartment

We had an excellent stay as we needed to be near the Evergreen State Fairgrounds. The apartment was beautiful, brand new, and spotlessly clean. The property had all the amenities we required. I look forward to returning. The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is situated off the main road and down an alley/lane.

This property is well decorated and has everything you would need while staying here. Well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. However. it is located behind a car repair shop and literally right next to the active train tracks. Also, there are lots of stairs to climb to get into the home. Just would like to have been more aware of these. Otherwise, good experience.
