I travel a lot and stay at apartments and hotels. I’ve never had the experience I just did I’m sorry to say. Starting with the check in process. Seriously a video of everyone to gain access. Now the apartment itself. Good location and great views! That’s it! We stayed for 4 nights/5 days. We’re given a set of 3 crappy towels per person. That’s 1 bath, 1 hand and 1 bidet for all five days! I don’t know about you but that’s nasty. And contacting the owner after multiple messages and I mean multiple, they finally sent over another set of towels reluctantly. The temperature in the apartment was 26.6 when we arrived and never got below 23.5 the whole time! They have it where you need the key to power it. As the temperature outside was 31-34 every day.
No basis necessities considering it’s an apartment. I asked about a roll of paper towels basically to wipe things up was told that none are provided. No standard coffee maker example as a Nespresso machine. Was told there was a Moka for true Italian experience. Nespresso machines are all around Europe and Italy. The pillows were awful. Flat and lumpy need replacing.Main bath fan does not work or there isn’t any for ventilation. Gets extremely hot even with window open. Floor was nasty! Had to wear our shoes inside because it made of feet filthy. Washing it with just water isn’t cleaning it. I did mention it and nothing was done. Move on to another if you’re looking!
