Amazing place!

Perfect position, in a very upmarket street within a few minutes walk of lots of fabulous restaurants. Two minutes walk to beach. One of the most beautiful historic towns we have ever stayed in and we have traveled Italy quite extensively, I think it is less touristy than some of its neighbours and oozes charm. The apartment is more than adequate and has the bonus of a washing machine so you can travel lightly. We will be back, had the best times on the rooftop terrace every day. Giovanni thank you for everything, you were a wonderful host.

Sehr schöne Location, leider kein Parkplatz

Die Wohnung im Herzen von Monopoli liegt wirklich sehr schön. Blick auf das Meer und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Das einzige Problem war nur, dass wir extra eine Wohnung mit vorhandenem Parkplatz gebucht hatten, da wir mit viel Gepäck unterwegs waren. Auf FeWo direkt wurde das Objekt auch mit Parkplatz ausgewiesen. In den Check-in Vorinformationen erfuhren wir dann, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt und wir das Auto an der Grenze zum historischen Zentrum parken können und sollen. In der empfohlenen area gab es allerdings keine freien Parkplätze. Wir hatten nur Glück, dass gerade jemand weggefahren ist. Dann sind wir mit dem Gepäck zur Wohnung gelaufen. Auf Nachfrage hatte ich angegeben, wann wir zum Check-in da sein werden. Und dennoch war unser Vermieter nicht da. Eine ältere Dame öffnete uns wenigstens die Tür. Aber trotz ihres Anrufes dauerte es ca. 30 Minuten, bis wir in die Wohnung kamen. Das alles war ziemlich ärgerlich.

Bellissimo soggiorno nel bilocale di Giuseppe, persona gradevolissima e disponibilissima. L'affaccio dal terrazzo lascia senza fiato. Appartamento con ogni confort nel fantastico centro storico di Monopoli. Lo consiglio a tutti.

leider eine Enttäuschung

Leider war die Unterkunft enttäuschend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zwar sehr zentral und von der Dachterasse aus tatsächlich mit Blick auf das Meer. Ansonsten hält die Wohnung nicht, was versprochen ist: Die angekündigten 3 Schlafzimmer entpuppten sich als Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch. Selbst nach zwei Weingläsern mussten wir genauso fragen wie nach dem versprochenen Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Möbel dort waren so schmutzig, dass wir uns nur in unseren Wanderhosen hinsetzen konnten. Der aufgestellte Sonnenschirm war nicht bespannt, also stakte nur das Metallgestell in die Höhe. Auch die Abwicklung war nicht zufriedenstellend, da wir die Kaution nicht zurückbekommen haben - angeblich wegen eines erhöhten Reinigungsbedarfs. Diese Schlussabrechnung passt ins Bild und hat mir den Rest gegeben.
