Brand new hotel in a rapidly developing area. Very convenient location between Cologne and Düsseldorf. Very friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms and a good breakfast. Paid public parking adjacent to hotel is rather expensive. Overall good value.

1h nach Check- In war das Zimmern endlich fertig. Die Hunde mussten daher ewig im warten weil wir morgens bereits anreisten und nach 16 Uhr erst ins Zimmer konnten. Das Mann und Kind bereits auf der Messe warteten und ich kaum noch dort hin brauchte (1/2h Fahrt, 20.00 Zapfenstreich) wurde völlig wegignoriert und die Bezahlung des Tieraufpreises (25,-) priorisiert. Genervt als Aufwandsentschädigung gab es das Angebot eines Getränks am Abend an der Bar. (wir waren mit Kind nach 23.00 zurück). Pluspunkt gibt es für die Sauberkeit im Haus und im Zimmer, wobei morgens das Personal mit dem Freiräumen und Reinigen der Tische zum Frühstück nicht hinterher kam und man teilweise ewig auf das Nachfüllen der Brötchen warten musste. Das Haus an sich dennoch sehr schön und theoretisch zum Wohlfühlen alles da. Schade!

Neues Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Raumangebot des Standard-Zweibettzimmer ist optimal genutzt, alles da, was man braucht. Ich hätte mir noch eine Minibar gewünscht um es perfekt zu machen. Komfortable Matratzen und endlich mal Kopfkissen, die angenehm stützen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Der Zugang zum öffentlichen Parkdeck und von dort über eine Treppe durch den Aufzug ins Hotel erschien mir zunächst verwirrend, ist jedoch recht praktisch, nachdem man es verstanden und 1x ausprobiert hat. Eine farbliche Abgrenzung der Treppenstufen würde die Nutzung beim abwärtsgehen sicherer machen. Geschäfte, Restaurants und ZOB direkt vor der Tür.

Das Personal ist (noch) sehr langsam. Beim check in 30 minuten allein dort gestanden. Frühstücksbuffet war fast alles leer. Aber alle waren sehr bemüht und stets freundlich.

Nybygget skønt hotel

Vi ankom til et nyt hotel, alt fremstod rigtig pænt og rent .. blev modtaget af den sødeste unge pige i receptionen, super serviceminded og hjælpsom.. værelset var rigtig pænt og rent .. sengen super komfortabel.. prisen var meget overkommelig. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker i moderne spiseområde svarende til café miljø .. ikke så hyggelig men rigtig fint .. vores allerbedste anbefalinger hertil

Das Hotel ist nagelneu, deswegen macht es einen guten Eindruck. Es ist optimal gelegen, man hat keine weiten Wege zum Bus oder Einkaufen. Der Check in war bisschen holprig, lag aber nicht am Personal sondern am System.
