Our room safe had been locked with a code therefore we couldn’t use it. We had arrived very late at night and we didn’t want to wait for a staff member to come fix it. Our room was in a very noisy spot, very close to the elevators therefore we could hear everyone talking and kids screaming and running in the hallway. Very disappointed about that.

Highly recommended

The hotel is new and modern, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We will stay here again. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, nice area for walking too.

Check in was very slow, i stood waiting for 20 mins for the employee to do my check in. He didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about some policies. We went out shopping and came back around 830pm and our floor was full of kids playing hockey in the halls, running and yelling and knocking on walls. Im not usually one to complain but i was a bit disappointed for the money i spent.
