This hotel was fabulous. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and kind, location was perfect and even parking was a breeze. We stayed in many locations across 3 countries in 3 weeks and this spot was a refreshing gift. We even decided to extend our stay. You won’t regret choosing this hotel. Enjoy!

Our stay at the hotel was great. The staff were all very friendly and made the check in process really smooth. The hotel is recently renovated and the interior is fun and had a lovely smell in the lobby. The room itself was small but well decorated and the balcony had comfy chairs with a table and a nice view. It was really easy to walk around menton from this location and you did not have to go far for a selection of restaurants. We also used the hotel bar which had a good selection of wines and beers at a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend staying here and would come back when returning to Menton.

This is a newly renovated hotel and there are lovely touches everywhere. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the courtyard. Free still or sparkling water - just return the bottle at the end of the day. Every single member of staff is smiling and so helpful. Big shout out from us to Sandra in particular. If I had one small thing it is the bathroom sliding door does not provide complete privacy. It is also very well located for Menton and all the sights and sounds. Thank you Hotel Gabriel

Smart boutique hotel central to the town, beaches, museum and train station but what makes this hotel quite special are the staff. Every one of them were fantastic from reception to the staff who cleaned our room everyday and the staff who served breakfast.

Good communication prior to arrival, when it looked as though I was going to be checking in much later than expected. Very friendly welcome (Jora) and check-out. Excellent buffet breakfast - very attentive service. Room had two balconies and, unlike other hotels I have stayed in recently, the towel rail wasn’t switched off to prevent guests from using it (handy when Interrailing for drying clothes washed on-the-go. No problems leaving luggage after check-out for collection later in the day.

Just what I wanted

I loved the way we were greeted by the staff. They were warm and helpful and consistently throughout our stay. The hotel is small, clean, and perfectly situated for exploring Menton. The buffet breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The only complaint I would have is the bed had an uncomfortable bump in the middle. Otherwise my stay was perfect and when I return to Menton I will definitely stay there.
