BUGS BUGS AND BUGS

My wife was bitten a lot by some bugs and we made a complain to Hotel Guest Service Manager. Hotel Guest Service Manager said we have to make complain or request refund and beyond directly to HOTELS.COM because we have booked through HOTELS.COM. This is totally not acceptable at all. I attached 6 photos of bug bites . It is more serious than the photos I uploaded.

The room was good. Clean room and bathroom. Bed was good. It wasnt noisy. Breakfast was okay. I had a hard time with my door key. I think the reader was messed up. That's really the only complaint i have.

The rooms were tidy, however the sheets on the bed were not clean. There was hair on the sheets, visible signs of dirt on the sheets and pillowcases. I've learned to bring a set of bath towels and sheet set along when staying in hotels, which should not be the norm.

The elevator broke while we were there and we were on the 4 the floor . Had to carry all our belongs up 4 flights of stairs and back down 4 flights

Need to update rooms with USB ports. Outlets not in convenient places. Our room bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. No extra blanket in room heater didn't keep room warm enough at night. Breakfast options carb heavy. No yogurt or fresh fruit nor eggs or meat

I did not stay I check out with 3 hours, the room was not clean, the whole business smells horrible like weed, the manager did not give my money back, the employees was out side smoking, with a lot of people, please if you don’t do weed don’t stay at this hotel never again the pictures look good online but when you go there a total different, i did not feel safe, people all out hanging in the parking lot, please don’t stay here

The room was fine for what we needed. Eveything was clean, just needs some updating. The breakfast had no protein options. Basically, just waffles, muffins, and bagels. When I approached the desk to check out, 3 employees were standing in the office talking loudly and using profanity. They didn’t see me for a minute or so and acted embarrassed when they discovered I was standing there (even though I made noise to let them know I was). Kind of unprofessional to talk like that when customers are in ear shot walking in and out. I would give the whole experience 3 out of 5 stars.

We had a housekeeper knock on our door twice in the morning, even with a DND sign hanging on the knob. They need to check with the desk to see if the room is empty or just wait until after check-out time before disturbing customers. The breakfast was 1 star. Runny waffle mix and no fruit.
