The furnishings are from Bassett Furniture with your comfort being the main factor in the selection process. The 3 bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and the queen sofa sleeper will allow larger groups additional bedding. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed with en suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom located upstairs and a half bathroom located downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with everyday utensils and small appliances, allowing you to save even more money on meals. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living area, and loft. Free Wifi too!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

2025 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
*Hot tub will close for the season on Thursday, Jan. 2nd, 2024
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2025: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2025 - Oct 2025 - 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2025 – Jan 2, 2025- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, October 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
