Our room was switched from a king balcony room to two queens because a previous guest had smoked in the room. We were told the price would be adjusted It was not. The first room we went to was in the corner down, a very dark hallway no light looking at nothing but a parking lot. We asked to be moved they were annoyed but accommodated and told us we would need to wait for it to be cleaned. When we did finally get into our room around 5 PM. It was very dirty. Dirty sink and floors in the bathroom, carpet had not been vacuumed, dead bugs in the window, dirty comforter, durty walls just gross. We did talk to housekeeping about it. She was very pleasant and the next day it was cleaned to a somewhat acceptable level. However even after showing the housekeeper they did not bother to wipe the dead bugs out of the window. We have stayed there before a couple of years ago and it was not like that.

Clean, reasonable and great location. Easy to walk into town and do a little shopping. There is a great book store right on Main Street and a fabric store too (other direction). Just saying there are interesting shops outside of the usual tourist spots.

Nice new room. Brand new Kerig coffee maker..good effort but it new worked and they didnt have a spare. They never said they have coffee in the lobby...which would of negated the two days I tried with the staff to fix it or find a new one.
