Overall a nice place to stay

Overall, this hotel is really nice but a few little tweaks could make it great. First the rooms are too hot, we had the thermostat set as low as it would go but the room never got below 72 which is way too hot for me. Secondly there are not enough lounge chairs by the pool. All the round tables and chairs should be up by the restaurant, leaving more room for lounge chairs below. Lastly, some of the umbrellas where a worn out, tattered and torn, they could use replacing.

Very nice hotel our bathroom wasn’t that great.

Super fast efficient check-in. All the staff was really nice. Great location. Property in good condition good parking. Very comfortable bed nice TV nice main room. All the bedding very clean carpets clean etc. We had multiple problems with the bathroom. The hose that connects the showerhead was spraying water everywhere we complained about it twice finally a maintenance man changed out the hose and it worked perfectly. The shower curtain had black stains all over it and fingerprints. We told the housekeeping lady and somebody via text message conversation and nothing was done about the dirty shower curtain. Before we took a shower we noticed there were long hairs accumulated on the walls about 5 feet high. After complaining about it twice a housekeeping person came and collected all the hair in the shower. It looks like the shower floor was clean but the walls were not. We ate at the restaurant and the food and steak was not that good especially for the price that we paid. Nice hotel but can use some improvements
