Curtis La Vista ~ 7A1, 360 Views and Right Next to Pool and Basketball Court

This luxury 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in Rim Vistas with access to basketball, tennis, a pool and a hot tub. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious bi-level layout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Pros: Clean & comfortable. Kitchen was in good shape. Customer care was very responsive.Cons: Not alot of character in the unit or the overall development. The smart TV’s were a bit old and had trouble connecting to internet. Overall: Solid, good value and no big complaints!

Moab condo in November

It was very nice. We enjoyed the entire condo. We had three slight issues,…the bedding on one of the beds was not clean, we lost our Internet for a while and had to have maintenance come and repair some equipment in order to be able to use it again, and there were very noisy neighbors outside at 4:30 in the morning and they woke us up. Other than that it was great.

We enjoyed this unit for three adults. Plenty of room throughout. Didn't receive any communication regarding the check-in process the day off so was a bit unsure how to access the unit. Suggest this gets added.

Quick winter get away

Property is lovely - but the hot tub and pool area are closed in January which was a surprise to us, FYI - The place is beautiful with lovely views! Super slow in the winter! 5 minute drive from the middle of downtown Moab. Book here!

Beautiful and clean property

Everything was great, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. We enjoyed the place very much! The only issue was the wifi, it stopped working the last couple of days and we were not able to reach the owner to fix it.

Terrific

So happy we ended up here. I loved the area in proximity to town, terrific view, amenities for kids close by, had a lot of space. The house had a great set up for our family. Could not have asked for a better place to land and spend our week there.

Nice but lacked privacy

Place was nice but we felt it lacked privacy with people riding their bikes just outside the kitchen window to get to the pool. We also encountered several spiders during our stay. We did like the convenience to Moab and the nearby national parks.

Beautiful Home and Great location

It was great to have the flexibility to check-in when we got there as we were traveling from park to park. Location was great as we were able to go to Arches in morning, and return later that night for star gazing.

Great stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands

My family and I (kids 3&5) stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The townhome is only 10-15 min from arches and 45 to Canyonlands and was a great home base to relax after a long day of hiking and exploring. The kitchen was stocked well- even had an air fryer that we used to make chicken one night! The beds were comfortable, which is so hard to find when you’re away from home and the kids loved the upstairs TV area which they used as their own personal play room! Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

Worked very well for our family. It was very clean and well-stocked with all the essentials we needed during our stay. We had fun doing other activities around the condo like pickleball and shooting hoops (the balls and rackets were provided). My kids also enjoyed the swings and slide on the small playground. It is located a little farther south in Moab but that actually worked for us since we visited The Hole N the Rock. My only suggestion is to add some board/card games to help pass the time when you aren't out exploring Moab.
