Beautiful Location

The condo was in a perfect location, only about 10 minutes outside of downtown Moab which made visiting the nearby national parks much easier. The condo did look like the photos and getting to enjoy the pool and hot tub was nice though it was often completely overrun by children who were not being watched by their parents. We really enjoyed our stay overall but were slightly disappointment with the cleanliness of the unit and the kitchen. There was one jar of salt and one other seasoning but having salt, pepper and some neutral oil would have been really nice for people traveling who wanted to cook. The condo did look quite clean but when I wiped some food I spilled off the kitchen floor with a wet paper towel it did come away black with dirt that you couldn't see because of the color of the floor.

Comfy retreat

This property was perfect for our family spring break trip. Enjoyed the hot tub after exploring Arches National Park. Enough space so my teenagers didn’t have to share a room, clean, spacious and the check in checkout process was so easy!

Biking in Moab

Great location. A very clean and comfortable place. It was awesome having a washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub were a nice extra. The only downside was how loud it could be. The interior and exterior walls and ceiling don't keep the noise out. Bring earplugs or wear yourself during the day and you'll be fine.

Comfortable stay in Moab

Spacious and comfortable condo in convenient location just outside Moab. Pool and hot tub were nice after hiking. Would have been helpful for kitchen to be better stocked with supplies for baking, mixing bowls, a few basic spices, sweetener for coffee, napkins, aluminum foil, etc.

Great location and for family

The property management is excellent with constant communication about the stay, check-in process, and check out. Condo itself is very clean and provides everything for our family of four. The on-site pool is very convenient and great after a long day at the arches national park. It is a very well maintained and quiet property. Highly recommend for all families with kids.

Great base location to explore Arches and Canyonlands

Great facility. Perfect distance from the parks. We were able to get to up and go early each day to avoid the heat then come back and swim later. Very nice unit, and hosts were very responsive.

Finally a place without a ton of chores.

Enjoyed our stay here. Place was large and clean. But my favorite thing was not a long list of chores. We got an email on the last day that said we didn't have to do anything, just like a hotel. My biggest complaint was always the long chore list at places, and this was the first time where I felt like a cleaning fee wasn't just taking advantage of me. Twin beds in one of the rooms are super loud whenever you turn over, so if you are a light sleeper don't sleep there.

Peaceful neighborhood close to town

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to the pool. Check-in was easy and the apartment was close to town. The property owners were also quick to respond to requests/inquiries.

Good overall quality

Overall good quality in a nice neighborhood. A few minor things which could help future rentals: very few silverware pieces (although the management provided additional pieces upon request very promptly), missing water kettle, no sponges to wash dishes

Great management - a bit far from town

The management group - Copper Ridge Property Management - is terrific. We had an issue with the microwave and cleaning while we were there and they resolved both issues quickly. The location was not great at least for us. Not close to downtown nor the national parks. However, we should have investigated the location more closely. The units are all nice and 5H overlooked the pool which would be good for kids. However, it is on the middle floor so you have noise above you and also you have to be mindful of those below. It could stand a few upgrades but overall is very nice and the professionalism and responsiveness of the management company goes a long way. Overall - would book again but would pick a unit not on the middle floor.

Our group was made up of 2 couples, we hiked all the major state parks and stayed in Moab for our last night. The pool & hot tub were great. We really enjoyed all the space that the condo offered!
