Many health professionals have said that a Mediterranean lifestyle is one of the most healthful. Which is why a beach vacation at Villa 47 can be considered as an absolute health tonic! The Gulf air warm as a welcoming embrace, the calming sounds of cascading waters from the fountain on Hidden Dunes Lake outside the balcony, and the cry of seagulls beckoning you to sandy shores are like a healing balm to anything that has got you sore.

Occupying the top two floors of a Hidden Dunes villa, Destin vacation rental features four bedrooms clothed in fine Mediterranean artwork and decor; an approximately 30 foot long lakefront balcony with a porch swing and outdoor dining furniture; plus an open kitchen that contains the full complement of cookware and utensils. Additionally, the Master Suite has been upgraded with a luxury bathroom featuring a walk-in travertine shower with dual shower heads and an oversized Jacuzzi bath— an isle of relaxation all on its own! Adding to the dose of well-being that is Villa 47 are several conveniences that make any vacation here go down smoothly- a washer/dryer, plenty of parking, clean terracotta tile floors, a separate ice maker in the kitchen (you’ll appreciate this on hot summer days), and TVs in every room.

Villa 47 also has one of the best locations in all of Hidden Dunes! It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach but still nearby to one of Hidden Dunes pool decks. Onsite amenities also include an award winning tennis center, a dog park, and a basketball court. Plus, Silver Sands Factory Stores, several golf courses, grocery stores and dozens of restaurants are right outside Hidden Dunes gates.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. 3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
