Great stay

We had a great time at this property! Having two golf carts was very convenient since we had multiple families staying. The design of the home was beautiful and the beds were very comfy. My only complaint is that they don’t allow early check in.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and everything as expected. Having 2 golf carts was extremely helpful bc they’re very much needed to get to the beach. I recommend this location to others.

Great location and house

Location and space are great. Golf carts were nice. The doors stick and need to be fixed and the kitchen could use more pots, pans and cooking items. Happy overall though.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! In person, the property looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect and whenever we had a concern, maintenance was quick to resolve. A couple of things that need upgrading are the cooktop range that was very difficult to control temperature and the pans were not non-stick.

Family Vacation 2024

Overall, nice house. Well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms and baths. Loved having 2 golf carts. The only downside for us was being woke up every morning around 6:00am by the golf course maintenance crew or landscapers for the neighborhood.

The property was clean, the area was quiet, and sat with a beautiful view of the golf course. Overall I had a wonderful experience... me and family will definitely make this a yearly trip.

Great Summer Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean when we got there and was pretty much just like the pictures and description. Had a few issues with the code for the keypad, but My Vacation Haven was VERY responsive and was able to get me in the house while on the phone with them. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and it felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. The golf carts are always great and were our main means of transportation during our stay. The only downside with this home being on the golf course, is that the maintenance crews are out at 6:30am using the blower and maintaining the grounds.

The house was very clean and spacious and it had all of the amenities we needed. It was a great location and the golf carts were very helpful and convenient to travel back a forth to the beach. We had a wonderful summer vacation. We’ll be back !

Golf Cart

The only negative was that one of the golf carts was not provided, and no solution was able to be offered. Otherwise very positive experience. The house is nicely decorated.

A Vacation Paradise Well Worth Your Stay

This was our choice of location and we all were so glad we chose this place. This house is very clean and spacious and the location was perfect to see and do everything in Miramar Beach, SanDestin Resort & Destin, Florida. The 2 included golf carts are a plus and make resort travel very convenient and fun. My Vacation Haven customer service is wonderful and responsive to any needs you may have. Stay here at Madi’s Jule, you will not be disappointed!

Nice house with 2 golf carts

House was lovely with newer decor. Love the convenience of 2 golf carts. Very small back porch but it does look out onto a green which is nice. The cooktop is old and difficult to cook on. Great beach toys/chairs/umbrella to use. Check in and out times a bit extreme- especially if flight time does not coincide. be prepared to wait outside to get in at 4.

The kitchen and restrooms are spectacular with all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking meals. The golf carts are quick and easy to drive. The access to the beach is quick with the carts and great to carry all your beach stuff. The house has lots of beach gear in case you can't bring your own or forgot something! Plenty of room for 9 people to space out from each other or gather together in the living area!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was just perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday stay! The house was clean and the beds were very comfy! The house had absolutely everything we needed...even a wine cooler! We rode golf carts all over Sandestin! Went to the beach (great beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids were in the garage...just loaded them on the golf cart and zipped over to the beach) we also played putt-putt beachside and road the provided bikes to Joliet Island. We had even drinks at the top of Hotel Effie and watched the sunset over the bay. This house is close to Baytowne Wharf and the Marina.. Mary Ann at the Marina Bar & Grill is always a must visit with my kids! Great vacation and memories to last a lifetime!

The house was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, The outdoor patio was enjoyable to sit and watch the golfers on the fourth green. The unit was directly across from the pool, which made it even extra special, the two golf carts were used constantly, and were so handy to have, and easy to get to the hotspots in the resort, including the beach, Grand Boulevard, shops, and restaurants, and Baytown wharf village, where we enjoyed ice cream almost every night...all Just a golf cart ride away. Our family members had an extra special exciting time fishing catching multiple bass in the stocked ponds. We never used our cars during our five day stay! We will definitely remember SanDestin Golf and Resort when planning another vacation to FL.

We Had to drive in car everywhere when golf cart would have been more convenient. It created an issue when we wanted to go places due to golf cart issue. The place was dirty... walls, furniture and pillows were dirty and floor was also dirty. Turned feet black walking around inside. As much as we paid for this place it was not clean. House was nice but would have been better if it was clean. Would have been good to have a working golf cart to get around in. I spent a lot of money on this place and did not get what I paid for.

Great location, property management could use improvement.

We are frequent visitors to Sandestin and enjoyed this property. It accommodated our group of 7-8 well. However, several issues need attention.There were an excessive number of roaches; we killed 25-30 during our 7-day stay. Pest control is necessary. The master bedroom, bunk room, and bunk bathroom doors don’t latch properly, which was problematic for our children. The upstairs king bedroom shower has a sharp tile that caused a foot injury. The couch smelled of urine and needs cleaning. The only blowdryer provided didn’t work.The 6-seater golf cart lacked a tag for reentry at the Sandestin gate, requiring us to wait for others to open the arm. Overflow parking at the pool was full one evening, and despite parking a third car in the driveway and completely off the street, we received a 100 fine. Our neighbors also received 300 in fines for parking without a warning until the third day and 100 in fines for their trash being put out after hours when trash bags remained out along the street and had yet to be picked up.While we enjoyed Sandestin and the property overall, these issues should be addressed to improve future stays.

One of our least favorite trips to our favorite vacay spot

By far the dirtiest rental we’ve ever stayed in. We had to purchase several cleaning products to clean ourselves just to feel comfortable staying in the house. It seemed like everywhere we looked in the house- something was broken. The drain to the master tub was broken, the trash can was broken so we had to manually lift the flaps of the lid, the turn signal to the golf cart as well as none functioning headlights, tv remotes needed batteries, smoke detector needed batteries- the list could go on. Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible which caused problems for our middle child whose medical devices run on Wi-Fi. No room in the closets to put away personal items because of all the excess bedding taking up so much space. And lastly the community should ask for the golf course maintenance to not take place during peak hours. Every morning while sitting on the back porch with our little ones they would drive very large trucks right next the homes dumping some much fertilizer that left you immediately heading inside to avoid breathing it in. Overall it was the worst trip we’ve ever had to Sandestin- which has been our family’s go to spot for nearly 15 years.
