Better than even imagined.

Beautiful, clean, convenient stay for our extended family. Wonderful to have separate bathrooms. Awesome amenities with the balcony, spacious living, easy beach and pool access, fitness center and community that is walkable with lots of great dining and activities. We can’t wait to make another visit.

Amazing property! Highly recommend. Our family of 7 fit very comfortably here and will be looking to book again. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The pool is perfect for all ages and the private beach, with beach service was such a great amenity.

Very good location. Weather was excellent. Had some great seafood. Unit is well maintained. Very comfortable mattress in master bedroom. Furniture in master bedroom is dated,and needs an upgrade. Water heater temp needs to be turned down…will burn you. But we always had an ample supply.

V nice Condo. Well appointed. Perfect for a family of four plus an extra bedroom and bathroom. The Crescent is busy without feeling chaotic. A great place for a family vacation for all ages.

Great Spring Break

The condo was perfectly situated in the complex with a great view. The condo had everything we needed and was a great size for our family of 7. The pool and hot tub were an added luxury. The sand was soft. The water looked like the Caribbean. Being next door to the Surf Hut was convenient. We would recommend a stay at 411 Crescent.

Loved the Crescent!

Great stay and experience staying in Crescent 411! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). We probably could have had another 2 fit in the condo if someone slept on the sofa but no need for us. Really enjoyed the private beach access, quietness of the Crescent and the Surf Hut being right next door (frosty drinks when needed :) ). We've stayed at other resorts in the area in the past and they were much louder and busier due to their proximity to the public beach access. Would definitely stay here again over those other locations. Mostly families at the Crescent and many come every year. We came over spring break and still wasnt super crowded. Condo has everything you need. Center of Miramar. Looking forward to coming back. Love Miramar...thanks for a great stay!

Million dollar view on beach

Loved our condo on the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was ideal. Kitchen is very well equipped. Friendly helpful staff. Great shopping nearby. Only issue was ongoing maintenance of the exterior of the building which was noisy during our second week. Highly recommend this spot .

Easy to rent, checkin and good communication. Crescent is a beautiful property, gated and quiet. On the beach w great views and pool area. This property needs some TLC, but we still really enjoyed the unit.

Perfect vacation!

This is our second time to stay at The Crescent. Lovely condo at a great property! The pool is the best and because this is a low rise development it is not crowded. You will be glad you chose this condo for your vacation!

Much needed getaway

The condo and property were well maintained. The condo had everything that we needed. There were beach towels provided as well as games and puzzles. The property management company was great at communicating about arrival and check out processes. We had a great vacation!

Family Vaca

We rented this unit or us and our adult children - what a great accommodation! Great condo in good location. We’ve taken our family the the Crescent for 25 years and it never gets old. Great views of beach and pools - above the palms that somewhat can block the view from lower floors. This unit and the entire Crescent complex comes through again!
