The property was beautiful, clean and so close to the beach! We loved staying at the house and the area is close to everything. I cannot stress enough how nice and clean it was!

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed this condo! The location is perfect, right off the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The condo was very well stocked, very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will likely stay here again!

Great Experience

The Condo was only steps from a private beach and it has everything you need for your beach visit including chairs. The property also has a pool and is pet friendly. We loved our stay.

Wonderful vacation getaway!

The Maravilla community and our condo in particular were even better then advertised. Pet friendly, Gulf facing, beautiful beach, and very nice people. Our condo was exceptional and our hostess more than accommodating! will definitely return.

Beautiful Condo and Excellent Beach Location

The location is AMAZING!! The condo is a great size. The beds were comfortable, :) Well appointed kitchen, with all the usual appliances. Comfortable furniture and close to all of the action in Destin and Miramar! We highly recommend!

Awesome Spring Vacation

Everything was perfect! Great communication with the host! Perfect location and included beach chair setup. The grounds and facilities are all well-maintained and inviting. The condo is spacious, beautifully updated and decorated, and comfy. I loved that it’s in a location nicely removed from Destin traffic, but still close to everything! Lovely stay!

We stayed here last minute cause our stay in sarasota was canceled due to hurricane milton. This was an AMAZING vacation and this place was super cute, close to many shopping spots and restaurants, just a minute walk to the beach! Great Owner and Vacation Condo!

My wife and I stayed at Maravilla Unit 3404 recently. Geniya, the property owner, was very responsive and made sure our planning for our vacation and our stay there were terrific. We had everything we needed. Everything was as advertised. The property and the view were lovely. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful ocean from our balcony each day and getting some much needed rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much Geniya for being such a great host!

Great getaway

This property was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and updated. I was unsure about having to cross Scenic 98 to get to the beach but it is absolutely no problem. Loved that we could see the ocean from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. So glad there was a w/d in the unit! Really liked that the property is gated and our Husky liked her walks. Within walking distance to Captain Dave’s which was great. Geniya is very prompt to respond and great to work with! We loved our stay and definitely want to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar! The condo was so clean and the perfect distance from the beach! The private beach and beach service made our trip feel even more luxurious. The spot is quiet with only a small few restaurants within walking distance. Ubering to other spots got a little pricey so definitely take that into consideration when planning the trip. The host was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We wished that there had been more amenities within the unit like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. We also found out once we were there that the private beach didn’t allow tents or shade sails on the beach so, with only 2 chairs from the beach service, it was hard to keep all 5 of us in the shade on super sunny days. We would have loved a couple more chairs, possibly an umbrella in the unit, or at least a heads up about this because we had brought our own beach gear.

Christmas in Paradise

From the moment we walked through the door I began to relax. Everything we needed was provided and the condo was extremely clean. It was exactly as pictured. Cozy and inviting and the Christmas tree was amazing. Our toddler was obsessed with the heated pool and it was a short walk from the condo, so we spent a few hours there everyday. We strolled down to the beach for the sunsets and the beach was so beautiful. Even our furbaby loved it. After this crazy year I just wanted to find a place to bring my little family to and unplug and unwind and I am so happy we found this gem. Geniya was an incredible host and very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone and look forward to spending many more getaways there!!

Amazing Stay and Great Host!

First of all, let me start by saying that Ann was an amazing host from the day we first booked! We were wanting to stay for a month, so Ann held the condo for us until both payments went through Vrbo's site so that it wouldn't get booked by someone else. Since our stay was so long, she checked in with us periodically to make sure things were still great. We had a cable issue (no fault's of the host - the cable box just went bad) and Ann helped us get connected to the cable company to come and replace it. Lastly, when my husband and I left, we accidentally left behind a very valuable belonging. I immediately texted Ann and she had the cleaning crew looking for it in the condo. They found it and are mailing it back to us! I can't say enough about our time. It was memorable and peaceful!
