We stayed for a full week and could not have asked for a better place! It is so close to the beach and we loved that you could see the water from each balcony. Erick was so helpful and responsive throughout our trip which made the whole experience that much better. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was as advertised and the location and proximity to the beach was amazing. You can get around everywhere you need to go on a golf cart. Ocean views from the balconies and the property was clean and equipped with every thing we needed. The host was very reachable and even helped with parking advice before our arrival.

Check-in was seamless!The kitchen had everything we needed. I greatly appreciated the extra trash bags, the water hose outside and the clean washer and dryer. The sleeping arrangement worked great for my nanny and kids.

Family TripWe booked this location to meet up with family that were staying in the area. The place is amazing and as advertised. Super easy check in and the views and location were fantastic. Shane was quick to respond to our questions. Super clean with all the amenities we expected. Even though the beach access was just across the street we used the cart that was located in the store room along with beach umbrellas which made it much easier to get all our stuff to the beach Our only issue was on our last night when the air conditioner went out. We contacted Shane and he immediately responded with some instructions on what may be the issue. After a short time we realized it was not going to work and we needed to leave to find a hotel for the night. Shane provided us with a one night refund that was immediately returned to our original payment. Other than this one issue we would definitely stay here again. Easy access to everything and a great place to stay.

Clean, nicely decorated condo VERY close to the beach. We had a great stay at this property. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was given how close it was to the Main Street along the beach. It was wonderful to have the beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler to use at the beach. That was truly a game changer for us since we flew in and had NO beach gear. The bedrooms & bathrooms were very nicely decorated. The railing on the top bunk bed was very low (I think due to the thick mattress), so no one slept up there, but it was fine. We didn’t use the pool but it was right next door. Great property, very responsive property management. Thank you!!

Destin Vacay 2024

This was our third time to stay at Costa Vista, and as always, it was perfect for our family. We love the easy access to the beach!! We're already talking about and planning our next visit in 2025. Thank you for being a great host!! We love Destin and Costa Vista!!

Great Beach Location

We had a great stay at this town house. Host made it super easy to get in and out, and handled any issues promptly. Location is great with beach and access across the street, and downstairs storage has beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and body boards ready. The bunk room was great for our 3 kids. Older unit but has been updated and is clean. All the bathrooms are updated and great. AC worked great during the heat advisory that we were under. Kitchen was well stocked (needed trash bags though). The Miramar beach was pristine. The best sand and clearest water ever! People are fighting for parking spots while we could pull the beach cart across the street and not hassle with transport and parking. So easy! Pool on property is clean and warm (July) and right next to unit. We loved the area and would stay again.

Waves of Blessings is a Blessing!!

This property is not just a property, it feels like home! The owner has done a wonderful with decorating this home, making it comfortable and peaceful! It is literally a min. and a half to the beach! The community pool is right around the corner from the home!! There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach was filled with fireworks on the 4th of July coming from the East and West. Best show we've ever seen; it went on till the wee hours of the night!! Plus, no traffic to sit through to get home!! We were so grateful to have found Waves of Blessings!! The owner was impressively responsive, kind and sincere to any question we had! We will stay here again for sure; in fact, it will be the ONLY place we stay while in Miramar/Destin!! Thank you to the owner! Job well done!

Great Stay with our Young Adult Kids

We love Destin and have come for years and we wanted to try a new place that was not a condo highrise. We loved that we could drive right to our unit and park and no elevators. We really liked having 2 floors since our kids stay up later than us, and we get up earlier than them. Our 4 kids all stayed in the guest room and the bed set up was perfect. Loved the 2 balconies and we were able to see the ocean. We enjoyed the closeness to the pool and we were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. My husband and I opted for beach service which was less costly than other areas of Miramar and our kids used the chairs in the storage unit that were very sturdy and not rusty. We enjoyed being so near Pompano Joes and we were able to walk to Bad Ass Coffee and Captain Dave's. We will definitely return.

Family Beach Retreat

What an amazing property and excellent host(s). If I could rate the property higher than 5 stars, I would rate it a 10. The location was ideal and being able to walk down to the beach to watch the sunrise was one of the highlights. We will definitely be going back, I hope sooner than later.

Excellent host

Great Place and Great View

We loved staying at your place! My wife and I were able to take advantage of the balcony in the morning and just watch and listen to the ocean. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including beach accessories to use while in the sand. The walk to the beach did not take long at all. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Destin Condo!

We had a blast in Destin. This is a prime location with easy walk tot he beach with public beach access. Bonus that Pompano Joes is also within walking distance. Would stay again.

Great Stay!

This was a great townhome to stay with kids! Right across Scenic 98 to the beach with the beach access ramp and bathrooms right there! Beach buggy with chairs and umbrellas to use in storage room downstairs. Super convenient parking right under house. All the amenities in house you could need. Two huge balconies with beach views. Pool literally right next to this house! 2-3 Restaurants within walking distance and only 1-2 miles to several others.

I’ve been to Destin almost every year of my life and this townhome was definitely one of the best!! It was so incredibly clean when checking in (check-in was super easy with the lockbox) and they provide so many extra things such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, etc. We didn’t know it included this so we brought our own but it was so nice. It is extremely updated, cute, and very close to the beach. It was about a 1-2 minute walk across the street with a crosswalk right in front! (For a shorter walk just cut through the back to the left of the pool by the back fence!) The beds were very comfy, space in drawers and closets to unpack, and parking was easy as 2 cars fit in the covered parking. The ONLY complaint would be that the pullout couch bed was slightly uncomfortable and maybe broken as it sinks in the middle… but it’s a couch bed!!! Couch beds are never as comfortable as regular beds. There are also so many chairs on the balcony to sit with your whole group. Pompano Joe’s is right next to the condo on the beach so it’s perfect for a quick lunch/dinner. The TV has all the different channels such as Netflix and HBO Max (and more) for movie nights and just regular TV. I logged in and just logged out before check-out. Property manager is very communicative and was so sweet to ask if check-in went well. He also answered all of my questions very quickly! I definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Perfect vacation!!

This was our first time in the area and we had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean and updated. The beds and couch were both very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, convenient shower right by the door, and you have views of both the pool and ocean. Communication was great with the owner. The only downside I can think of is that there are a lot of stairs which can be difficult with small children, but they provided baby gates which took our worries away. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to come back!!
