Hidden Dunes Cottage 205 is a beautifully updated Cottage, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and style for families. This upstairs cottage features a sleek, updated kitchen, complete with modern touches and a open layout perfect for preparing meals and enjoying family time. The inviting decor highlights the attention to detail, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

This cottage includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional loft area on the second floor, accessed via a charming spiral staircase. The loft offers 2 twin beds allowing extra sleeping options for guests, making it ideal for children or additional family members to enjoy their own privacy.

Step outside to the screened patio—a perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a morning coffee, or relax in the evening while being protected from insects and the elements. Guests will also appreciate the peaceful view of the water feature from the cottage, adding a serene element to your stay.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this gated community with 24/7 security offers a peaceful, walkable setting where every amenity is close by. Guests of Newman-Dailey receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Service unmatched

The day we arrived there was severe weather Newman- daily was able to let us in early to our condo. It was raining on us as we moved in, but no sooner had we finished getting there a Tornado warning was issued. Had they not let us in we wouldn’t have had a safe place to go. We enjoyed the convenience of everything and loved the daily beach service! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the beach and shopping centers

Everything was great, well… maybe a few things that just prevented me from rating a 5 star. Not sure if anything can be done, but whoever cleaned it before we checked in, didn’t do a good job: hair on shower walls, sand in couches, like a lot of sand but I understand that amount of sand in Florida in general is a lot to keep it under control The most bothering thing for us was the construction in downstairs condo #204. We were woken up either by loud banging, sound of tile/wood saw or loud music contractors were playing . I wish that property management warmed us about ongoing remodel , we would have stayed somewhere else.

Very nice property, short walk to a beautiful beach. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The king beds are a bit firm for me, but just a personal preference. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Good access to beach and pool was near unit. Well secured and clean. Would stay again. Beds were comfy. Everyone had a good time, all ages. We had 8yrs - early 60s with us.
