We love this property and stay at least once a year at Summerspell. This would have been a great stay because it’s a cute condo on the 3rd floor!! But the management company, RealJoy, was awful - we asked for them to let us know if the condo would be available for early check-in. We actually arrived earlier and were sat in the parking lot waiting. Nobody went in or out of the condo for about two hours and they let us finally check in just before four. The toilet paper had been used and there was only one roll. The next morning while drinking my coffee in the LR around 7:30 am in panties and a t-shirt, a man climbed a ladder up to our balcony to do some work - we had no prior notice and it was very uncomfortable for about 4-5 hours as there are NO curtains. My husband called and after 45 minutes was told they could hang a blanket up. We never heard from RealJoy again - no follow up - nothing! We were advised that pest control would be entering one afternoon but that was it - nothing about balcony work especially at 7:30 in the morning!! Very disappointing since the location is fabulous, the condo is cute and updated, we will use another management company next time -
