“Born to Sun” boasts one of the largest private pools in Frangista Beach, stretching about 30’ x 20’. Swim up to the underwater bar stools or seat-ledges, and unwind at the in-water table with a perfect view of the 60” TV in the outdoor kitchen. Sunbathe on 8 comfortable lounge chairs. Marvel at the LED lights that create a mesmerizing nighttime view. The enclosed back area offers privacy, and you can enhance your stay with the Sonos surround sound system. Control the full-home stereo experience, including poolside, from your phone. Connect to iTunes or explore hundreds of pre-loaded playlists for the ultimate audio experience.The summer kitchen has two KitchenAid gas grills, perfect for cookouts! There is also a commercial ice maker which can produce up to 200 lbs. of ice during the day.

Welcoming you into the home is a spacious living room with 12’ ceilings. Relax and unwind on the sofa and chairs for while enjoying the beautiful views of the pool area. The dining area offers seating for 10 at the table, and 4 more at the breakfast bar. There is additional outdoor seating and tables located in the summer kitchen.

Continuing on the first floor, you’ll discover the gourmet kitchen, featuring beautiful quartz countertops and a generous island perfect for preparing large meals. The kitchen offers abundant cabinet space and a blend of stainless-steel appliances to create an elegant atmosphere. The elevator entrance is conveniently located off the kitchen in the main hallway, which also leads to the pool, laundry, and a full bathroom. This level is completed by a Queen Suite and an additional full bath adjacent to the sitting area.

On the second floor, you'll find the game room, equipped with a Brunswick pool table, a large flat-screen TV, and a high-top table with chairs. There's also a spacious balcony off the game room, perfect for relaxing and overlooking the pool. This level features 4 large King Suites, each with its own private bath. One of these King Suites also includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

On the third floor, you'll find a media room with a large TV and gaming console. A shared bath connects the bunk room and media room. This floor also features 3 additional King Suites, each with a private bath. The Master King Suite includes 2 sets of custom twin bunks. The custom-built bunk room offers 1 set of twin-over-full bunks, 1 set of twin-over-twin bunks, and 1 individual full bed, accommodating up to 7 guests.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service runs March 1st - November 30! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.  . * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week.  (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.) *Please note that the attached overflow spa is NOT a hot tub. It cannot heat alone like a stand alone hot tub. When purchasing pool heat, both the pool and the overflow spa will remain at the same temperature. Outside of the dates the pool cannot be heated.*

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

* PARKING: Space for 6 vehicles. No Street/Grass parking per HOA; Large Trailers or RV's Not Permitted*

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
