Booked a room with them for the first time and I was highly disappointed with how dirty the room was when it came from the flooring all the way down to the pull out couch we wanted to utilize and couldn’t due to food being all over the bed. We didn’t even have the proper sheets for the pull out couch. There was sand everywhere from seats to the bed and we didn’t even go to the beach. We ended up checking out earlier than planned, spoke to a lady upfront about my concerns and a refund and it was like what I said literally went over her head. Then went ahead and told me they couldn’t do anything about it due to scheduling through a third party and when I reached out to said third party, they stated to me that the hotel was in charge of any refunds or accommodations due to us paying at the location. Tried calling hotel and their sales line and it doesn’t even ring, it gives me a disconnected sound so there’s no way to get in contact with front desk or any personnel in that matter. All in all, I’m disappointed and I’m still trying to get in contact with someone. We will not be staying here again.
