Although it was a little challenging due to the elevator being down and one, totally out of service, the staff really made a difference, especially the ladies at the bistro, specifically Rhea and team. This hotel was wonderful for the price other than two things… only one elevator was working (we stayed 4 nights) and the pool was extremely cold. It is near a shopping area with lots of dining and shopping walkable. We did a boat tour right behind it actually and saw dolphins at sunset. I would rate it at eight or nine out 10.
