A group of us met for a music festival at Seascape. Condo was 1/2 mile away and it is situated on the gulf. The condo was great! Will be back.

Great Location and Property

We had a wonderful stay - great location right at the beach with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Destin and PCB area as well. The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 8 (2 dogs!) and had most of the essentials. There were definitely not enough of some supplies provided so make sure to bring your own trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, sugar/spices. Would stay again!

Great Beach

This is the epitome of a basic beach front rental! First the beach is wonderful and the daily chairs and umbrella is a wonderful touch. The unit is clean, but as basic of a rental as you can imagine. It is pretty clear as soon as you enter that this is an investment property and that the owners either never stay here or do it very little. The furniture is uncomfortable and had a hard time accommodating 4 people. I don’t know what you would do with a large party in this unit. There is just the absolute basics in the unit, not even beach towels. I had to spend almost 100 on beach towels the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were awful. The decks were great to enjoy the days. The listing is misleading. This is a 3 bedroom unit. Two bedrooms in the main unit and one bedroom in a separate area completely outside of the home. The 3rd bedroom is in the flood zone and shows signs of being flooded with curled woodwork damages. There isn’t even basic spices in the unit when you arrive so plan that into your budget if you plan on cooking in. It wasn’t a issue for us as we ate every meal out. We would stay in this area again, just not in this unit. We talked with neighbors in the same building that had much more in the unit than we did. No games for a rainy day, etc. If you’re driving, pack what you need. If flying, add money to your budget. Not trying to make this a negative review, just noting the facts!

Costa dreams

The house was really nice and clean , loved it . The view was amazing . The only downfall is the parking . We had a handicap vehicle and it wasn’t a big enough Space for it. Made it very hard to get in and out . Parking spaces are way to small your on top of the other cars makes it hard to get in and out. I like privacy when setting on deck. There is none ! The beach is amazing though : we probably wouldn’t stay there with family again because of parking issues :

We had a great stay! The house was at a great location. It was very clean. The downstairs is a separate entrance, I had not seen that in the listing. Luckily that worked out fine for our group. The management was very responsive and helpful for the questions we had. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

Just a few glitches

The location and set up was great. View and the beach was beautiful! There were a few glitches. The outside light downstairs did not work and the sewer pipe broke in the wall. The plumber did come and repair it. We will consider staying here again.

Great spot & perfect for a bigger group!

We had a group of 11 people and it was just the right amount of space. Perfect for celebrating a birthday and surprise engagement/proposal! Check in & out were easy and place was clean. Beautiful view & easy beach access was the best part. Would definitely come back.

Steps from the beach!!!

The location is perfect! The layout is a bit odd. You have to go outside and go down stairs to get to the third bedroom…there is no 4th bedroom. Upstairs bathroom has a faucet that leaked onto the counter (found that out after things got soaked) It still worked for us and would stay again. Loved the location and easy check in.

Small house - inaccurate listing

We booked this house for our yearly family beach trip. It was listed as a 4 bedroom, 4 bath. There’s only 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Luckily we only had 3 families, but we were jammed packed. The layout is very small. Not enough seating for everyone on the main floor. I tried to contact the property manager multiple times and I was told he would call me back regarding the inaccurate listing. We had 2 maintenance people come out, who extremely nice, to fix multiple things, who both agreed the listing was inaccurate regarding bed and bath count. I was told they told the property manager about the listing and he would contact me. Still nothing. We spent most of the week with 1 working tv (on the main floor with very little seating). The kitchen is small and only has 1 small corner cabinet for food, so we had to use the dining room table to hold food. The plug ins sparked when you plugged things into them. The only positive thing is that it is a very short walk from condo to beach, which was nice with kids. BUT the beach was not private. It said we had a private beach with 15ft in front of the condo and because of the public beach access right next to the condos, there were 2-3 rows of people in between the beach and our condo. The pictures make the place look much better and bigger than it actually is. I won’t be staying here again. Very disappointing.

Location and Views for the win

Family of 11, Enjoyed the ocean from sun up to sun down. Thankful it was on private beach area as it would have just been so many people. Not much for tolietries, dish soap, or laundry detergent. Which is ok but would have been nice when you pay that much.

Early summer vacation!

This place was amazing!! I read reviews over and over before ever booking a place, I’m super picky about cleanliness, comfort of the beds, and location (I want oceanfront, not near the ocean, not a far away view of the ocean) and this place couldn’t have been a better location. We will be back as often as we can and we have already sent our friends the link to book this place. Enjoy the most beautiful water at this amazing place!
