This property was everything as promised and more. Jon was a fantastic host and made everything so easy. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and beach club, Baytowne and Grand Boulevard shops and restaurants. The golf cart was great to have and made it fun and easy to get around. Our entire family enjoyed our trip and hope to come back again in 2026.

The property was beautiful … my family truly enjoyed our stay.. it was clean and very welcoming … The cart was a major plus and it made it easy for us to get to and from the beach. And most importantly the host was wonderful , Jon was quick to respond .. so a 5 star from “The Russell Family” …. We will definitely be back …

Jon’s place was awesome. Location was great, just a short golf cart ride to the beach and the townhouse was right next to the pool. Very easy to drive the golf cart to Publix and a fun outdoor mall. Kitchen was stocked well. We were able to cook most meals in and avoid the crowded restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This could have been a 5 star, but we had several issues occur that probably wouldn’t occur for others. We chose Jon’s place mostly for the 6 seater golf cart. We are a family of 5 and my son brought a friend. We also chose a nicer place because my son graduated high school & he chose Jon’s place, mostly for the nice golf cart. 930p on July 18th, I received an email that the previous guests had wrecked the golf cart. He had been given a 4 seat golf cart and if we weren’t ok with that then he would refund our vacation in full. We had already packed, loaded the car &- was ready to leave. We arrived to the condo, garage code wouldn’t work and we were told to replace the batteries. Luckily, we found the garage door opener. We did replace the batteries on the garage panel & still didn’t work. The TV in the guest room wouldn’t work and the cable boxes wouldn’t work in the LR and the bunk room. I notified the owner Sunday night. We reached back out on Tuesday due to internet down and discussed tv situationagain. He said he would reach out to handyman. Handyman came out and when he left, he said the owner would be in touch. This was Wednesday morning, no response from owner until Thursday. Wouldn’t be able to fix it until Friday afternoon. Finally said to forget it. The golf cart was a huge bummer as we have my husband & I & kids 18,17,15, 9yo. We had to make multiple trips back and forth to the beach and to the village. We were really looking forward to driving around the resort.

Patio with a view!

We loved this location in Sandestin. It was our third year to this area and loved this unit. The outdoor balcont was awesome with kids. We basically had a 2nd living area to hangout during naps, play games, read, etc. We could watch the storms and golfers and loved that. Place was well equipped with kitchen supplies and appliances for cooking meals at home! We loved the beach supplies and garage as well. Great golfcart, Beach chairs and beach umbrella. Many miscellaneous toys and floaties for the kids too :) Hope we can come back again next year!

Absolute Perfection – Can’t Wait to Return!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach rental! The home was not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but also incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stress-free beach getaway.There were so many thoughtful touches—tons of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, even a cooler!), plenty of fans to keep the space extra comfortable, and little extras that made it feel like home. It’s clear the owners put a lot of care into making this place welcoming and guest-friendly.We will definitely return! Thank you Jon!

Spacious three bedroom right next to pool

Enjoyed a relaxing week in this spacious condo away from the craziness of the Destin Harbor. Two minute walk to the pool or short golf cart ride to the gorgeous beach allowed us to enjoy a few sunny days in early April. Many options to play golf or watch from the deck. Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf across the street has a planned community feel.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time with our three teenage children. The location was perfect and the golf cart was awesome! Mom could go to the beach while dad and the kids roamed around the beautiful Sandestin Resort and Baytowne Wharf. Jon was excellent to communicate with. The home was beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend!

Jon was a fantastic host! Great communication and great accommodations. The house was great! It was well stocked with quality kitchen tools and appliances. The location is superb! There's access to the beach as well as Baytowne. Perfect mix of things to do and relaxation.

Convenient location

One week family vacation. After staying in many locations in Sandestin over the. years, my family agreed this home was our favorite due to ease of location to all Destin and 30A activities. A beautiful family condo

This home is GORGEOUS. You and your family will absolutely love this property. It was super clean, comfortable beds and “starter items” were left for us. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is amazing. You are a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beautiful beach and 6 minutes to The Wharf. Our family will definitely stay here again. The owner, Jon Smith, was extremely helpful and very accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beach Trip

We had a great beach trip to Sandestin Resort. The entire community is beautiful and safe. We loved the location of the townhouse and that it was on the first floor. There is parking for two vehicles and you can use overflow parking by the pool if you need to get the golf cart in and out. Getting around the resort on the golf cart is amazing. The house had plenty of space for the six of us and the back porch was beautiful. We walked for miles enjoying the beauty of the place.

Excellent beach condo

This condo was excellent for our family vacation! Highly recommend! Great location. Overlooks golf course. Plenty of space. Very well accommodated. Had everything we needed. Lots of beach items available to use. The golf cart was a highlight of our trip! In great condition -seats 6 people. Great to use to go to beach, grocery store, Baytown Warfe or to visit our friends in other parts of Sandestin. The owner was super responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely plan to stay hear again!

Spring break with four children.

Great location and proximity to the beach. The property is beautifully decorated and ideal for family with kids. The bedrooms are large, updated and each one has a nice tv, so the older children can escape. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
