Good location at least ..

Strong smell of cat urine in the apartment, even more so in the bedroom. The oven doesn't work. You have to pick up the keys at a different address. The washing machine is so dirty that I'd be afraid to wash my clothes in it. The ad says 3 bedrooms, but there is only one. Supposedly for 6 people? How is that possible unless they sleep on the floor? And why to put single person size blanket on double bed size ? Can't cover fully a normal size person... Many negative points, despite the exceptional location of the apartment. This place could really be great with a bit of investment...
