Fully furnished 3 bed 2.5 bath two story condo with gas fireplace, attached garage, large covered deck overlooking lake. Washer Dryer, Lakeside patio with firepit, boat dock with deep water slip available during the day for in and out access -- overnight boat parking on the water is limited, at a cost of $95/stay: PLEASE NOTE ON YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST OVERNIGHT BOAT PARKING -- sand beach, just next door to the Minocqua Yacht Club Bar which has great food, drinks and view. Sleeps 6 in the three bedrooms, can sleep up to 8. Executive master suite with TV and amazing lake view. In and out access for your boat, jet ski or kayaks in the summer and snowmobiles just out the back door in winter. Truly the nicest and best location in the north woods.

Minocqua Townhome Stay

This is a great property. It's spacious, well-stocked, very nicely decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens. The living room and master bedroom overlook the lake which is beautiful in the winter after a snowstorm. We were about 15 minutes from Winter Park which is one of the better nordic centers in the country. Also visited a couple of Supper Clubs which were excellent. Overall, it was a great trip!

Just what we were looking for

The unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location and view were terrific. We loved it. The owner’s closet was in one of the bedrooms, so there was not a place to hang the clothes we brought for the wedding we were attending. The twin bedroom door did not fully close. It would have been nice to have the WiFi password displayed but we found it. But these are small points compared to the overall positive experience.

This property was in an ideal location and absolutely beautiful. Recent remodel in the gorgeous master bath, plenty of space for everyone and a well-equipped kitchen make this an unforgettable place to stay. We loved every minute and Kim is such a fantastic host- so quick to respond!

New Years 2022

The layout is great to accommodate a family who likes to cook, and the dining room set up allows for openness and the ability to entertain as the sunken living room is directly below the dining area. All of the rooms are upstairs, along with the laundry and huge balcony overlooking the lake. Bonus is location, location, location! We had a great time!
