Property was nice - wifi didn't work

Very nice property; close to downtown & the golf course where my son was playing; only issue was with the internet service - there was wifi in the house but there was no internet service coming into the house from Spectrum...therefore the wifi did not work - notified the property management company SEVERAL times & even tried to fix the issue by calling Spectrum myself but had no luck with either. Had to cut our stay one night short bc my husband was not able to work in the mornings from the house. We were never offered any kind of partial refund or discount for this inconvenience. We spoke to the people in the unit next to ours and they had wifi working with no issue. I understand that in the "north woods" there is spotty coverage but this was an issue that the property management or the owner could have addressed with Spectrum and no one did.
