Each space in the Wheeler Street Victorian reflects years of dedication, design, and personal relics collected across decades. My hope is that you feel welcomed, cared for, and right at home from the moment you arrive.

Skyline Suite for Four is a vibrant space reflecting my own journey and style. I hope you can relax on the deck wrapped in flowing sheers with a cozy outdoor seating nook—perfect for spring mornings with coffee, an afternoon nap, or sunset drinks. Inside you’ll find space to unwind: mix cocktails, build a charcuterie board, play cribbage, or enjoy a movie night after exploring nearby universities and both Twin Cities downtowns.

What to expect:

• Large upper-level floorplan with 4' Pocket door to bedroom, clawfoot tub, private balcony and high speed internet.
• Dedicated workspace overlooking the lilacs, maple treess and gardens in the backyard with a Smart TV/monitor in workspace for remote work or cooking along with chef videos- your choice!
• Tucked-in porch wrapped in sheers, lights with a wicker sofa and comfy chairs to chat or chill to music, or gaze at the moon.
• Vinyl record player + curated records for setting a cozy mood
• Puzzles, board games & Smart TV for movie nights (Roku TV) with Disney+, Peacock, Hulu and Netflix
• Playful, artsy details throughout — just enough with thought and details to ensure your stay will be exactly as you were hoping for!

• Full kitchen with cook and dining ware, Kuerig coffee maker, Ninja for making smoothies, electric kettle for tea to get your day off right.
• Cozy living room & dining area perfect for charcuterie boards or game nights
• Quiet bedroom with room darkening blinds, sheers and drapes to help hide the sun away until you wish to rise, full closet and beautiful lighting will help you wind down after your busy days.
• Full bathroom with original 1911 clawfoot tub with shower surround

Other things to note
Bringing a Dog (No Cats- due to allergies!)
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval- please make sure to send in the size of your dog and experience with being in an apartment setting. Without the agreement, your reservation may be forfeited!

Once approved, I will provide the appropriate size bed, bowls and towels to ensure your stay is great! The neighborhood is close to walking trails, both urban, parks and river walks as well as a large fenced in back yard.

Baby, Child, Children, Teens as Guests
Welcome to all!
• If you're traveling with a baby, let me know in advance — I can provide a pack and play fully outfitted with mattress and sheets, shelf for baby supplies, and a diaper genie. However, these are limited, so be sure to reserve yours right away!
• For others, let me know the age of your child/ren so I can tailor the setup, and let you choose the best option!

Extra Guest on Sofa/Twin floor mattress
Each unit offers a sofa converting into a small (shorter) full size bed, please let me know if you need the set up for this, and if you would prefer it to be ready upon your arrival. This unit has available two twin 6 inch memory foam floor mats, which need to be requested to ensure availability.

If your reservation includes anything outside the usual two-person stay—such as an additional guest, a pet, or unique sleeping arrangements—I will reach out to learn more. This helps me prepare the space perfectly for you, whether that means setting up one or more pack-n-plays or sofa fold-out or floor mattress!

When booking, please let me know details such as:
• “Two guests, but we prefer separate beds.”
• “Two adults, with our grown child staying one night.”
• “Three guests” (my partner, our grown child who is 6' tall, or Grampa who is 5' tall, and needs extra cushioning if possible!)

The more I know, the better I can prepare the home to meet your needs.
