Our room didn't get made up following the first night. The shower gel was out, but they did refill.it promptly when asked. One of the front desk employees seemed really out of it, or high as a kite. Good continental breakfast. Fairly quiet both nights. We had to leave early so didnt stay the 3rd night, but we were charged for the stay and parking anyway.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is so friendly and the entire building is as clean as can be. Super location within walking distance to everything downtown. Will absolutely stay here again.

Very helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but not great. The main criticism is the room had no USB-C outlets; only the old USB-A. I have only equipment that uses USB-C. Luckily I brought my own adapter.
