The room was very nice and clean. The staff attended to us as soon as we walked in the door. The entrance and parking was a little confusing at first, but we aren’t from the city, so it really wasn’t the establishments fault. Love that there is complimentary breakfast. Honestly, for the price we paid for the night, I’m very impressed.

Breakfast was horrible. Bathroom bigger than bedroom. Not the greatest location. Tons of homeless around that were coming up to us in the parking lot. Double charged for my room and can not get anyone to help me.

My room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. We never had the Do not disturb out and I inquired every day and was ensured it would be cleaned. I have never had this happen at any hotel. Very disappointing.

Okay but not thorough

Second shift customer service was fantastic! First shift was not friendly but not rude either. Gave a vibe she didn’t want to help beyond checking in. She said are room was ready, but it wasn’t. Housekeeping didn’t have any of the soap filled and we ran out of body shop. Good thing we brought some with us.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, the room was in very condition, and things went well. The breakfast offering was good in terms of selection but each day they had problems keeping up and some of the hot food was not hot.

They overbooked the hotel and I was unable to stay there after having a reservation that was made several days earlier. I had to drive three hours home at midnight because they mismanaged my reservation.

Our party arrived separately and I reserved two rooms. First he gave us both the same room, got our second room assigned, went out came back and the first room had been deleted from us and key didn't work. E-file at the desk fixing that problem my daughter's husband left his wallet at the desk accidentally. Next morning when he realized it was gone, went down to desk to get it , and all the cash was gone from his wallet about $100. Had to be an employee as it was left at desk. We complained and they said they couldn't do anything. Terrible!

Had issues with bathroom on check in. Dirty rag left and piece of metal left near shower. Hallway not vacuumed during stay. Otherwise, met our needs. Very convenient and walkable.
