The Neighborhood:
The Mill District, Minneapolis (also known as Downtown East) is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. The legendary flour mills which once dominated the St. Anthony Falls, have been given new life as many of the original buildings have been converted into elegant homes, and slick office space.

Many of the historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions with the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music, all taking up shop in the Mill District.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere. We find the location and downtown to be very walkable as well :)

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Great stay!

I had a wonderful two weeks at this apartment. It was just what I needed. Great location close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and walking paths near the river. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I needed a place to stay for a work trip and I wanted to be able to cook my own meals. This was a great option and I was able to wash my clothes! I would stay here again. I should’ve read the check-in instructions better to realize the parking garage was about 1.5 blocks aaah. I could’ve parked outside the building to carry my stuff up, then parked in the garage. Now I know. anwinging it loo

Great location

I have stayed at this building twice--identical units on the second and third floors. While the fantastic view of the North Star Blanket is the same, the unit on second floor is a bit shabbier. Mold in the shower and no body lotion in the bathroom. Kitchen cabinet laminate is pulling away from cupboard. Great to have washer and dryer in unit and wifi work well. This is an easy building to access and walkable to theater, restaurants, Trader Joe's and River walk. Also allows for dogs. Will stay again, needs a bit more attention.

Mill City review

The property was clean, in a perfect location, and easy to access. A family would be crowded here, the futon is not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The building is nice, but while we were there the water level in the hot tub was low and it was not usable. We would return to this location.
