The guest has use of the entire home except the garage and locked closets. There are four (4) street parking spaces in the driveway. It is recommended that you have a car.

To add value, the accommodation rates are based on an occupancy of 4 individuals, including children one-year-old and older. Additional charges apply for extra persons per night. To ensure accurate rates, kindly specify the correct number of occupants.

• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area. A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.

Prior to your arrival, you will need to sign a pet addendum.
• The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, and the responsible party must be present throughout the reservation unless otherwise negotiated.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.
• A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
• A refundable damage deposit of $195 preauthorization will be placed on your credit card. It will be released 7 days after checkout unless there are damages, etc.

Please take note of the following policy regarding pets:
- We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Breed and size may be restricted. Please get in touch with us before making your booking for complete details.
-After completing your reservation, an additional $225 applies for the second dog and $350 cleaning fee (if applicable).
- Before your arrival, you will need to sign a pet addendum.
