Very convenient to shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and communicative. The space is large and comfortable. Overall great and I would stay there again. The one hint for future travelers: the front bedroom can get cold (it was in the 20s overnight during my stay) and gets some street noise. But the host has extra very warm blankets in the closet and a white noise maker, which did the trick for me.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever been in. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and organized. A variety of toiletries and not only one, but two hairdryers for me to choose from! The beds were very comfortable - one firmer and one medium firm. And the thing we appreciated most about our stay was the gracious host, Abraham! He was there to welcome us and show us some features of the apartment. He also gave us a gift card for Grand Ole Creamery which was directly below. We had an off street parking space in the lot behind. Even though it was above a commercial space, we were not able to hear what was going on inside the ice cream shop. We did hear minimal street noise. I would highly recommend this to an adult couple or a small family. Great space and an even better host! Thank you, Abraham!

What a cute and chic place right on Grand Avenue. So many options for restaurants and near downtown. Very spacious bedrooms and large bathroom. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. Definitely will stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a place.

This is an excellent location convenient to Pharmacy in several restaurants. It’s right above an ice cream shop with decent parking. The place is spacious with two large bedrooms and very clean. Each room had a television so good Option if you’re staying with two couples or family. The property manager was incredibly responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

This upstairs apartment is very comfortable, clean and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage, and the beds are so comfortable. It was a plus to have TV’s in both bedrooms too. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Our host was very attentive and welcoming. What a great location, plenty of restaurants nearby, and downtown St. Paul is just minutes away.
