The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for `Milwaukee night parking permission` and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Other things to note:
- Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors
- AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area. Radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees
- A privacy-safe noise & smoke monitor is used in the apartment. It’s camera-free and does not record any sound or listen to what anyone says or does, it simply tracks sound levels in the home. The device may not be removed and is a requirement in order for us to remain respectful tenants and neighbors at all times
- Package deliveries will be held in the office and available for pickup from the building`s management company during business hours. Flexhome assumes no responsibility for the handling of packages or lost & found items

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

Non-refundable fees: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing`s cancellation policy and exclude processing fees in the amount of 3% of the total transaction cost or $20, whichever is greater

2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
