Great Boutique Hotel

Great little boutique hotel. Stayed 3 nights in mid October and there was nothing to complain about. The room was excellent with good TV channels (sad I know but it makes a difference!). The shower was a little strange but worked fine, there was a great selection of bathing lotions/ shampoos etc and a decent hairdryer. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in pointing out where to go for food/drinks and shopping. We had breakfast included with our room and it was really good compared to the standard continental fayre you get in most hotels. If this hotel is on your list of 'maybes', save yourself some time and book it now.

Staff was absolutely amazing.. My Complaints are lack of proper air conditioning and ithe bed and pillows.. Min should be westin standard . love the courtyard and serviceman impeccable. Make you really feel warm and welcome ..anything you need is no problem. Super super staff.

Very small rooms, bathrooms are dirty and shower tiles filled with mildew. Air conditioning rr doesn't work properly. Not close to center, in a dead neighborhood.

Not as good as their hotel next door

After staying at the hotel next door and being happy I was surprised of the condition of my room. During my 3 day stay I had a broken safe, 2 broken hair dryers and a very uncomfortable mattress . It's also strange to cut thru the breakfast area and take what feels like a service elevator to your room.

Great hotel in good location

I stayed in one of the the executive rooms which was very modern, it had a huge bed with a TV over it, big bathroom with awesome shower and free wifi. Breakfast was good, but would be better if there was some gluten free bread/cake. Staff where lovely and very helpful. Hotel is in a quiet location but only about a 15 min walk from the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

No aircon and no hot water

We arrived on a boiling hot day to the completely overpriced room to find that neither the air conditioning nor the hot water was working. We were strung along with excuses. The water was somewhat working the following day the air-conditioning never worked for the 3 nights we were there. To clarify: the room had no window so the only way to get air was to leave the door open - which opened straight to the street. Milan is not safe, so this was what we had to do. Either suffocate or stay awake and watch the door. The strawberries and spumante were a nice gesture, but clearly did not help matters. I am surprised to see good reviews on line based on which I had booked this hotel. The hotel is very basic, should be 3 stars. A rip off in my opinion.

Great futuristic room

The room is very large, with a large dressing room area, and a large bathroom. All amenities are included and there are a lot of spaces to put your things. The TV on the ceiling and the blue lights make it a very original place to stay but also extremely comfortable. The room is perfectly cleaned everyday. The only small issue is the shower with very little pressure. Other than that it is truly our favorite hotel in Milan.

Strange location, ladder in my room, great hotel

So the title is strange, but it's how things went. The location is in a residential neighborhood that is very quite and has a lot if closed shops while I was there. For some reason a ladder was left in my room, but was promptly taken out when I wasn't in the room. The room was big, but not one of the colorful ones from the pics. The service was great. They offer a huge communal breakfast that at first seems overwhelming but then you get to meet some people. Overall it was a great stay. A 10 euro cab ride to the train station and your good to go.

Nice atmosphere. Everything you want to see in Milan is a 15 minute walk. For me, it was a perfect way to see the city. Great breakfast in the morning and the staff was incredible!

The hotel was a lovely oasis of quiet in a busy city. Nice, residential neighborhood, in walking distance of center. We enjoyed having our coffee in the garden each morning.

Hotel staff was extremely helpfull and had a positve attitude. No noise at all, so it was vry relaxing. 150 meter from the closest bus stop. Nice breakfast buffet and ery nice outside terrace. All in all very recommendable!

Lovely shabby chic hotel

A lovely hotel, 'tucked away' off the beaten track. Shabby chic rooms with neutral decor. Warm and friendly staff and service, with a large rectangular table in the lobby where everyone has breakfast together. Very pretty patio garden too. Not quite as luxurioius as anticipated though - fairly basic amenities in the room, but nice and comfortable nonetheless. Felt a bit more like a 'guesthouse' than a hotel.

Small nice stay with good location

I came here with the wife to attend a conference just out of Milan and decided to add several days for vacation. An excellent stay overall. It is nice if you are not wanting to spend too much time in your hotel because it is a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. But is clean and well renovated. The bedding was great and we slept very nicely. In fact the best I have slept in years. There is some brief noise with a noisy neighbor but not really an issue. It was a very nice building from the early 1900's so the small room space is associated with this time period. Very nice breakfasts, and the guest service is superb. Location is great, you can walk several blocks to the center or grab a cab and travel about anywhere in the city for some 10 Euros. Nice affordable place for up to a week for romantic or just getting away from it all. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were in our own little home. Make sure you ask for a balcony. We enjoyed our stay overall and will come back if in Milan again soon.
