5th floor terrace was great - comfortable outside seating with appropriate adjustable shade. It's "a walk" from the city centre, but not a problem. Tricolore stop on the Metro straight to the Airport. Good breakfast options, though rather disorganised with how it operates (staffing, seating, coffee). Bar closes before midnight which was a slight disappointment. Fast lifts. Good aircon. Comfortable bed. Would consider staying here again.

Some of the staff was not very helpful. Tried to get recommendations on restaurants for dining and could not give us any but the hotel restaurant. We found a great restaurant on our own. I would recommend HAMBROEUS the food is excellent and the owner extremely personable. Also the hotel bar lounge was very poor. Had difficulty putting the charges for each person on their own room.

Great weekend in Milan

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located close to Milan's city center, with easy access via nearby trams (also to the central train station). There are plenty of restaurants in the area, which made dining out simple and enjoyable. The hotel is new. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel bar prices are expensive. There is a supermarket across the street. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan!

Milan Stay

The staff was phenomenal! The front desk worked very hard to accommodate us for check in and assistance in arranging pick up at the train station for our arrival. The hotel was spotless & beautifully decorated. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. I would return here for future stays. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so nice!

Our room was excellent. Great size and I loved the decor and layout. The staff were friendly but on more than one occasion couldn’t assist us with queries about the facilities in the room which was disappointing. Transport options to major sightseeing venues were very easy to find. Dining options nearby were limited and the food at the hotel wasn’t great. However, for the price and the facilities I would stay again.

This hotel is very new and clean comparing to other hotels I have stayed at Milan. It’s 15 minutes walk to city center, if you can’t catch a cab you can just walk back from the city center. I enjoyed my stay during my trip of Milan marathon. If you prefer a newer build hotel with great and easy breakfast offered, this is a great choice!
