High praise for this small hotel and its staff. The hotel is meticulously clean. The comfortable bed provided for a restful sleep. The breakfast was outstanding. To top it all off, the staff was very helpful in allowing us to have our missing luggage (from the airline) delivered to the hotel, a day after our check-out. This was a convenient option for us that they were most willing to do. Much appreciated!

A complete hotel nearby the Milan train station

Small, convenient, complete. At a walking distance from the Milan Station. Nice breakfast and nice staff. It has all of what you need in a hotel.

The room itself is very well kitted out BUT you have to ask at reception to alter the AC settings i.e. set point temperature. The note on the lift warns it is VERY slow but still better than the stairs if you have luggage. Glad reception told me it's not as easy to get in after 1am because I wasn't sure when I'd be back........

This hotel was adequate for a 1 night stay on our holiday where we were trying to save money where we could, especially after staying in Switzerland for 4 nights. In that sense this hotel did its job for us however I wouldn’t choose this hotel for longer than 1 night. Our room was comfortable but basic, breakfast was nice, the lift didn’t seem very safe so we didn’t use it more than once. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

I was made very welcome, lovely clean room but I had to ask for tea & coffee as the tray was empty. The TV was exceptionally small and only had a limited choice and all in Italian.

I just stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Montecarlo and it was great. I booked the economy so it it was small, but perfect for my budget. It was very clean and close to plenty of shops and restaurants and the Centrale train station. The staff was very nice and the shower water got hot. If I'm ever able to make it back to Milano I'll go back to Montecarlo for sure.

The hotel was clean and was in a nice location. The staff were amazing and really helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was also good. The rooms were clean but the halls were a bit noisy 7am on first floor. Overall a great stay and wonderful staff!
