Stranded in Milan
Don’t book here. We had no communication EVER from this owner. We tried for 48hours and nothing. VRBO required us to wait until check in at 3 to call them back for support. We did get our money back but the stress of being without a room with a family of 5 was terrible. Very disappointed in our time in Milan bc we spent so much time focusing on housing.
