No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, condiciones de la propiedad
- after booking we found out that we had to pickup the keys 30 mins away from the apartment
- there is mould all over the walls around the bed and they’re also dirty and marked up unlike what’s advertised
- dust was piled up around the bed head area
- no fitted sheet so the sheet comes loose at night and you end up on a dirty mattress
- I’m 5’1 and my legs were hanging off the end of the bed because of how small it is
- TV remote did not work properly
- bathroom sink water fills up after 10 seconds and doesn’t go down for 15 minutes. This makes it impossible to wash your face and brush your teeth all at once. I notified the host upon checkin and he said “ok thanks”. We had to use the kitchen sink to get ready.
- shower is full of mould and dirty, with no place to put toiletries.
- we got 1 roll of toilet paper upon the key pickup
- dining table was all damaged and we never even used it and now I received an email from the host telling me I damaged it and need to refund them.
We barely even stayed in the room due to the mould as we were concerned for our health and the last thing we’d do is eat on that table. The pictures are falsely advertised and probably photoshopped to not show all the flaws. The area is nice with plenty to do. Check out the cannoli shop, the crepe/ice cream shop and Farini. They were all great. It does get a bit loud and the apartment vibrates when the trams pass but that’s the least of the worries. I would never recommend a stay here!
