We stayed at BB Tortona for 3 nights and would never recommend this experience. There were several dodgy things around it and the services/offerings shown online don’t match what you get. Before the check-in we received a message saying that if we leave the 10/10 review straight away, we won’t have to pay for one night of city tax. We suspect this is why this place isn’t rated 1/10 but higher as the city tax is quite expensive. When it comes to a room itself, the bathroom is shared with several rooms (not mentioned clearly online). The windows have a black tape so there’s no sun coming through the windows. The TV in our room didn’t even have a cable and when we messaged about it we received a response that you can watch only Netflix with your own account. First of all, the TV was not even working due to the lack of the cable, second of all, the advertising also offers the cable channels (the offering online doesn’t match what you get ). There were problems with the lights in the building two times during our stay meaning that the black windows plus no lights meant we had to stay with our flashlights on. The wall just above the bed had lots of stains and one of the towels we received was dirty. The offering also mentions a free coffee 24/7 but while the coffee machine is there, there’s no coffee available. Generally speaking, the place feels more like a prison and it was a total disappointment and waste of money.

If you enjoy gambling, this place is for you. The excitement of not knowing if you will have a room when you arrive is akin to rolling the dice in craps. I recommend whatsapping the owner asap to ensure you have a room. They intentionally book too many people and force the last to arrive to sleep in the living room for everyone’s viewing pleasure. We felt terrible for the people they screwed over. In addition, the locks are looser than freshly liposuctioned skin and you will likely spend 10 minutes trying to unlock and lock your doors. The room we stayed in was nice though. So if you don’t mind supporting scummy business practices and are on your WhatsApp game, this place is aight.

Pessima escolha! Não recomendo

Alugamos pra 5 pessoas, uma das camas era no hall de entrada (que permitia acessos a outras pessoas) e tinha uma câmera, não havia privacidade. O quarto tinha duas camas e uma de campanha. A porta não fechava (fechadura quebrada) o ar tb não funcionava e não foi orientado a “abrir a janela”. Foi tudo tão pessima que lutamos outro local na hora!

PESSIMO SOGGIORNO.

Soggiorno pessimo. Zero ospitalita. Personale maleducato. Non ci hanno mai risposto al telefono, siamo entrati grazie alla presenza di altri ospiti. Dopo numerose chiamate e discussioni con i proprietari abbiamo ricevuto i codici di accesso per un....TUGURIO. NON CONSIGLIAMO. Peccato per la zona perchè quella è stupenda!

Mauvaise expérience pour une première à Milan.

Dans l'ensemble je mettrai un ' étoile, je suis déçu, pour un grand standing comme ça, il n'y a pas de climatisation, le toit c'était une véranda peinte en noir, quand il fait soleil, c'est une fournaise, quand il pleut, et il a bien plu, il y a des fuites d'eau du toit, ce que vous voyez c'est une photo mais en vidéo ça goutte vraiment. et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude. Sans l'eau chaude, ce n'est pas évident avec les enfants. Suite à ,ces problèmes, on m'a proposé une autre chambre, mais ce n'est pas mieux, c'est pire car elle n'avait pas de fenêtre, pas de climatisation, pas d'eau chaude. (Qu'est ce qui a changé?). Je suis revenu dans l'ancienne chambre. Heureusement que je n'ai passé que deux nuits.
