Great apartment in great location

The apartment was large, modern and clean. The bathroom was a very good size with two sinks, jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Storage was good and the kitchen had everything you’d need for a short break. The location was perfect to the Duomo area and metros nearby. Due to travel delays we arranged a last minute late check in which was perfect for our needs. Communication from the apartments were excellent and very responsive.

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Best service in Italy so far. Room comfortable, modern, and very clean, specious and had everything we needed even an iron! Traveled with my mom and she even used the jacuzzi tab. Definitely staying here again if visiting Milan.

The room was beautiful. The nicest we stayed in during our stay in Italy. The staff was extremely helpful. And, helped us by ordering a taxi for very early in the morning when the airlines changed our flight at the last minute. Easy access to the metro and walking distance to tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. I am already recommending this hotel to friends. And would stay here again.

Great location to be in central Milan. The staff understood my easily and were very accommodating of anything I asked for. The AC worked great and it was such a treat walking into my room with cool, crisp air after a full day of Italian heat + humidity. The room could afford a little brush up - but overall for the price exactly what I needed

Everything about the property was wonderful. The only difficult thing was actually finding the door to go in. There is no sign other than a 1x2 inch sign on the placard beside the gate/door. It looks like a name marker on an apartment building. The room, service,and information provided by the hostess were excellent.

Lovely property. Wonderful staff and very helpful. Easy to get to and to get around the city. May dining options. Supermarket close by. Having the kitchen is great for making breakfast if you feel like cooking. Wish there is a gym close or access to a gym. But overall was good experience.

The aparthotel Durini staff were very helpful and provided travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat in Milan. The location was very central to all the shopping at the Galleria and the Duomo. Also very close to the M1 San Babila stop. Unfortunately there was construction close to the hotel which did wake us up in the morning but overall a great stay!

Like the location of the hotel I really missed talking to someone at the front desk. I had to leave the room keys at the desk I wrote a note through the app regarding the keys and did not get an answer.
