Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: billiard table. Public parking on the road. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Publito Mijas" 1.1 km, sandy beach "Fuengirola" 5 km. Golf course (36 hole) 1 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
