This fabulous apartment is available to receive up to 4 guests. The property is distributed as follows:
> Living room: The living room is composed of an area where to relax with two comfortable sofas and a TV that includes Netflix and international channels. It has access to the balcony.
> Kitchen: modern, open to the living room with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle ... and all the utensils you may need during your stay. You can also enjoy the breakfast bar.
> Two large bedrooms with storage space. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, TV with local channels, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds.
> Covered balcony: large balcony equipped with a large extendable dining table for up to 6 people, and comfortable armchairs.
> Air conditioning, washing machine, and clothesline at your disposal.
The complex offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pools (open some months of the year -generally from May to October- we suggest you check availability before booking), a bar, and a beautiful garden. There is free parking on the street.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
*Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.

*The TV in the living room has the Netflix application so that guests can use their accounts in the apartment.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
If you want to make the most of your stay in our apartment, you will be happy to know that there are many interesting options nearby. Within walking distance, you will find stores, bars, and restaurants. In addition, the Torrenueva supermarket is only a 2-minute drive away, while Lidl is only a 5-minute drive.
For those who enjoy tennis, there are options such as Torrenueva Tenis or Fernando Gil, which are only a few minutes away.
If you are looking to spend a day at the beach it is only a 4-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away (it will take 20 minutes on the way back). On the other hand, if you prefer golf, there are several courses in the area such as Miraflores Golf, La Siesta, or Cabopino Golf.
Also, if you feel like exploring the surroundings, you can visit places like Marbella just 22 minutes away, Fuengirola 15 minutes away, Benalmadena 28 minutes away, and Torremolinos just 26 minutes away. And if you want to go to the center of Malaga, it is only 20 minutes away by car, where you can visit museums such as the Picasso Museum or the Pompidou Center, or just stroll through the old town and discover the culture and history of the city.
