This charming 2 bedroom apartment is only a 5 minute drive into the centre of La Cala, the beach and all the amenities. A 7 minute drive will take you to a choice of 5 different golf Resorts. There is an allocated parking space in the secure gated complex. In the communal garden area there is a large fenced pool and a childrens play area. The apartment offers free WIFI and hot and cold Aircon.
On entry to the apartment there is an open plan living room with dining area for up to six people, a breakfast bar island with stools and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, which opens out into a comfortable double sofabed, giving the options to sleep six people. The lounge opens out onto the terrace which has a lounge seating area and a further dining area for six people and views of the pool and garden.
Leading off the lounge are the bedrooms, both of which have access to the terrace. The Master bedroom has a super king sized bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower fitting. The second bedroom also has a super king sized bed, fitted wardrobes and has the use of a separate guest shower room.
