Summary:

Welcome to this magnificent apartment located in the upper part of Calahonda with an incomparable view of the Mediterranean Sea and with 2 well-kept pool areas and parking.

The area where the apartment is located is called Calahonda and is well known for its proximity to golf, nature, and well-kept urbanizations, and a wide international food scene with restaurants from around the world. The closest are our own favorites, Miel y Nata and La Familia.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and spacious apartment with the large living room straight ahead. Here, you have a dining area for 4, 2 comfortable sofas, and a large Smart TV with international channels and a fast fiber connection. From the living room, you come out on the large balcony in a south-east location with morning sun and a Weber grill.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of space to cook.



The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed with its own exit to the balcony, a dressing table with a mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a private jacuzzi. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to a private balcony and a shared toilet with a shower.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C, WIFI, Parking, a smaller year-round open pool as well as a seasonal pool, and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
