Eden House @ El Chaparral Golf
This modern townhouse is located in the newly built complex of Eden in El Chaparral. The complex offers a large communal pool located next to the house. El Chaparral Golf & country club is less than 1km away and the nearest beach is just 400m away. The house benefits from a private gated carport, free WIFI and hot and cold vented aircon throughout.
This tastefully furnished house is arranged over two levels and benefits from a large open plan living space on the upper level. The kitchen is well equipped, including a kitchen island with breakfast bar and stools. The dining area will seat up to six people and the lounge area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a 50" smart TV. Access the upper terrace from the dining area, to find a further dining seating area, two lounge chairs and views over the lower garden and sea. There is also a WC on this level.
Head down the stairs to find the three bedrooms, all having access to the lower terrace and garden, plus a utility room, fitted with washing and drying machines. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and benefits from a walk in wardrobe area, plus a large ensuite shower room. The shower room is fitted with a walk in shower, with a rainfall and lower shower fittings, plus double sinks. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a guest bathroom, fitted with a bath with a regular and rainfall attachments.
The three bedrooms lead out onto the partly covered terrace, and open garden area. There are four deck chairs to relax and take in the sun.

El Chaparral is perfectly located to offer the best of all worlds on the Costa del Sol beach, golf and all the local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and shops which are all within a few minutes drive. If golf is your passion, the lovely El Chaparral Golf Course is on your doorstep with its fantastic Club House facilities. Head west and in a few minutes you arrive at the lovely coastal town of La Cala de Mijas. This quaint village is bustling with fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops and activities for all the family and inland La Cala offers many more great golf courses set in the wonderful, natural hills.
Head east and in 3 km you come to the larger town of Fuengirola brimming with nightlife, shops, restaurants bars and an indoor market. From here you can take the train right into the city of Malaga, where you can spend a whole day taking in the culture, cuisine and cool sightseeing of this historic city.
