This townhouse occupies one of the best locations in the Doña Lola urbanization, in Calahonda (Mijas Costa), just 15 minutes from Marbella and 25 minutes from Málaga. The terrace is south-facing, with access to the living room and dining room, as well as a community garden. Calahonda beach is located 30 meters from the property.



The property offers WiFi, Smart TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second floor consists of a room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed, from which you can access a terrace with glass doors offering beautiful views of the gardens and the sea. The property offers a fabulous place to stay both in summer and winter.



The Doña Lola complex features magnificent gardens and water cascades. Guests have access to an 80-meter outdoor swimming pool with a pool and children's area. Tennis rackets can be rented to enjoy the tennis courts. Shops, bars, and restaurants are located a short distance from the property. There are many points of interest / sports nearby. Caribasol has all the information and can organize excursions if desired.

Fabulous frontline beach position

Great position on the front near calahonda. Property had two balconys. Best one in bedroom watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Nice kitchen, large spacious lounge. Walk up the road and you are at the shops and restaurants. Only problem is we had no details of the property for us to view how to use the pool etc.. which was on site. Would definitely stay there again.
